This course will cover the epidemiology and management of Streptococcal mastitis. Herds can present in different ways and a one-size-fits-all approach isn’t always appropriate. We will discuss responsible approaches to therapy, both during lactation and over the dry period. Identification and prevention of Streptococcal mastitis will also be discussed. Real case studies will be used to highlight different approaches to Streptococcal mastitis.
